Admission is strictly on first-come, first serve basis only and with the submission of certain statutory requirements as detailed below:

* Electricity charges will be additional @ Rs.15 per unit as per the individual meter of every room. The total amount will be divided equally amongst the room occupants.

Lock-in Period

A minimum stay of 1 month is required.

Notice Period

Tenants must provide a 30-day notice before vacating.

Security Deposit

Fully refundable as per policy, subject to any pending dues or damages.
